The receptionist was chatting / flirting with the food delivery man while I waited for service when I arrived. I waited 1 hr. 25 minutes for an oil change . 3 months ago they told me my paint blister might me covered by my warranty. I have contacted them 3 times since then and get the run around. I went in for a new tire and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes, which seemed very excessive. I ask for them to NOT wash my car as I have a detailer that puts special coatings on my car to protect paint a minutes, which seemed very excessive. Also, I was there in June for an oil change, which they said I needed new air filters. I declined the service (and never replaced myself) and when I checked out during my most recent visit the gentleman reviewed all the check points and said the air filters were supposedly fine. So 2 months ago they said the filters should be replaced but now there were good. Seems like there is some dishonesty happening to raise my bill. More
