Very Friendly service advisor…overall good experience, although I was told you’d be able to reset my “service due!” light but you didn’t have the appropriate tool/scanner (your Honda tech didn’t have an A although I was told you’d be able to reset my “service due!” light but you didn’t have the appropriate tool/scanner (your Honda tech didn’t have an Audi scanner/reader). Price of service was fair. Also, I declined the free car wash (I have a convertible so didn’t want it to go through the wash machine) but your employee washed it anyway. Now I’ll have to make another trip (50 miles one way) if I have your shop do the “service due” reset. More
