The team was 5 star service during purchasing. They were able to obtain me a pre-approval before arrival, were flexible with test driving schedule and were a pleasure to work with during closing. I was, however, disappointed that they didn't point out the chipped windshield that were patched I overlooked at test driving. I feel like the discussion to have the windshield replaced should have been discussed whether it was at their cost or mine before it left the lot. Overall, detailing & general maintenance was less than subpar before delivery (Oil 54% and inconsistent tire pressure). I would definitely look to them for another vehicle but will be more diligent in requests that I have historically not had to consider using other dealerships. More
