I purchased a 2020 Chevy and it was a mostly positive experience. Sales staff were very nice, price was fair, and overall the only pressure I felt at any time was when I was being sold all the extras: wa experience. For me, this meant that after I purchased the car I had to also pay for the following: - floor mats (unexpectedly the car did not come with any floor mats) - extra key fob (only came with one) - cabin and engine air filters - transmission fluid drain and recharge (which was apparently quite overdue as the fluid was black, according to my trusted personal mechanic) Fortunately the sales manager was wonderful to work with and was able to timely negotiate 50% of my costs for the transmission fluid work and engine air filter, which felt mostly fair. Hard to imagine transmission fluid not being checked as part of their inspection prior to sale of any used vehicle. No other significant issues were discovered by my mechanic. Positives: Love that they delivered to my house out of town at no extra cost. Also had a nice long test drive before I purchased. I also received a free initial oil change, which took 1.5 hours on a Saturday morning. Overall I give this experience a 4 because of the extra work I had to do and pay for once I purchased it even though I had purchased a zero deductible warranty, and because the sales staff were good to work with. Would definitely consider using this dealership again for another vehicle. More
