Jon, my service guy is great but having to wait over 30 days for a repair is ridiculous. On top of that, having hail damage while the car was in your care is unacceptable. Well you am very disappointed with the place- I bought a nice vehicle and the salesman new my issue I had the day before, everything went good, got it home not even 24 hours later my check engine light is o nice vehicle and the salesman new my issue I had the day before, everything went good, got it home not even 24 hours later my check engine light is on! Figured out what it was made contact with them and of course they won’t fix the issue, nor did they disclose anything about the transmission! I am very un happy with Volkswagen!
