We bought a pre-owned Hyundai Elantra and were very pleased with the experience. RAZ ADAMIAN was very helpful from the initial online inquiry about the vehicle to the actual purchase. He was able to offer us exactly what we had asked for and didn't try any of the dealer tactics. We would definitely work with him again. More

Ryan from service from the moment I met him made me feel respected and special! He knows the meaning of “The customer always comes first” He explained everything in detail so I understood and when they had to keep my vehicle instead of sitting in a shoddy waiting area they arranged for a Lyft to pick me up and drop me off. I just wish that every business had excellent customer service like Volkswagen of Downtown LA. Thank you Ryan! You’re the best More

Rami Zeid was an absolute blast to work with. He was able to get the exact car I wanted and at the best price in the city. The only thing I regret was not being able to do the whole sale in-person, but he st to get the exact car I wanted and at the best price in the city. The only thing I regret was not being able to do the whole sale in-person, but he still did a phenomenal even when I was not present. I was not in the best position financially and was still able to get approved. Rami has definitely earned my business for any of my future vehicle purchases, and you would be doing a disservice to yourself to not seek out his assistance. If a ten star rating was available, Rami absolutely deserves it. More
I brought a CPO GTI Autobahn with 30k miles. After owning it for a couple of months I posed the hood to clean some leaves out and decided to check the oil for no real reason. No oil showed on the sick so I a it for a couple of months I posed the hood to clean some leaves out and decided to check the oil for no real reason. No oil showed on the sick so I added half a quart, nothing. I added the rest of the quart, nothing. Then another quart, then anther. It finally registered after adding more than 4 quarts of oil. I looked up how much it should take in total and was shocked that I had been driving around with almost no oil in the engine. Holly crap, that's not good. Does the check oil light not work in GTI's? The dealer dismissed this saying 'these cars just burn a lot of oil'. If that's case then they should make sure the check oil light works and tell you to check the oil frequently. I took it to a different dealer for long term testing which showed the engine burned virtually no oil. I did not want to keep this car with what I was certain was an engine destine for a very early death. VW refused to buyback the car. After running some long term tests a lot of back and forth with Bozzani VW they offered a warranty extended to 10 years and 100k miles. With that being the best offer I took it, and now I regret it. A couple of months ago the engine began making noise. I took it in and the new dealer, Downtown LA Volkswagen, found shreds of metal in the oil. The engine was eating it’s self. I got the car back on the last day of the CPO warranty - the service dept thought I should be very appreciative of this incredible ‘luck’. I didn’t feel good about any of this. The car barely made it several miles away before erupting in clouds of smoke. Popping the hood revealed many screws were not put back in place including those that were supposed to hold the bumper on. They hadn’t finished the job when the gave me my car back. The had the nerve to ask me to tow it back to them ‘tomorrow’ as it was getting late in the day. A) Collecting the car they broke is their job and b) I didn’t want to comeback tomorrow and deal with it. I had to argue to get them to come get the car. No apologies regarding the botched install job what so ever. When I finally got my car back I noticed right way the interior of trunk had been take out then piled up in the back of the hatch. They could not explain this and suggested that I imagined it. Pretty quickly I noticed new engine sounded different, and it was harder to get it to start. I could hear valve chatter bouncing off parked cars when I drove down side streets with my windows open. Also the fan seemed to run more often and longer after I stopped the car. Noticing all of these things more and more I decided to pop the hood and check the oil, which was fine. However the top of the air intake was missing. After a good look around my friend noticed it stuck in the radiator fan. The fan belt was still going but the blades themselves were not moving. Ugh. I put the air intake cover back on and fastened it with a zip tie. I don’t think running your car through multiple heat waves with no fan is as bad as running a car with no oil but it is terrible for the engine and has undoubtedly damaged the engine, just how much only the future will tell. Volkswagen of Downtown LA told me as compensation they would sell me my next car wholesale. They did not honor this promise. That was the first Volkswagen I ever owned and it will be the last. More

I was not in the most positive mode having less than perfect credit, mechanical issues on my trade-in, and upsidedown in the note. He jumped through hoops, and with his solid long time relationships and expertise he was able to get me approved on the terms I wanted on my dream car, a fire engine red Volkswagen Jetta. He gave me a great of advice, truthful information about the car industry, and treated me with the utmost respect. I left there feeling like part of their family. He even followed through on setting up my first service appointment. Over all the presentation of their dealership was not crowded or hectic like most. I felt the highest amount of quality and true class. I highly recommended this dealership and my sales representative. More
Overall amazing experience! Me and my wife were found in a bind as we had 3 cars 2 of them in where we were negative and did not need. We decided we wanted the new 2018 Tiguan as it met our familys needs. We met the General Manager Roger Chammas he went above and beyond his normal duties to make this deal possible for us. We came from a bit of a distance away as no other dealership was willing to make us an offer we were comfortable paying! After agreeing on numbers both me and my wife drove to make the deal we were handed of to the General Sales Manager Sevan Khajehgian and Our Salesman Jonathan Hardaway. They both made my wife and I feel comfortable with the transaction and were as transparent as possible! I highly recommend VW of DTLA for any of your VW needs! Ask for Jonathan, Sevan, or Roger they will treat you like family! More
This place was HORRIBLE! DON'T BUY A CAR HERE, specially if you want to get a FAIR trade in value. I was approached by Eddie G and he was just rude. I explained my situation and he said the dealer specially if you want to get a FAIR trade in value. I was approached by Eddie G and he was just rude. I explained my situation and he said the dealership doesn't have internet access and when he tried to find a value for my car, he started using his cell phone and said I'm asking too much for a trade in and he compared my car to a model that was older and had 3 times the amount of mileage. He then got snappy and angry and gave my case to his manager, S (Armenian last name-ends in...ian) sat in his office sat and played with the internet and showed comps to my car that were again years older and much higher in mileage. My 2007 Lexus has 41k miles and the price he gave me as a comp was 5k lower than what I ended up getting hours later at a different dealership. I wish I had never walked in this dealership. More
This dealership was not a bad place to visit while I was in, but through my process of working with a particular salesman I was insulted and talked to in a very unprofessional manor. Six months ago, I went in, but through my process of working with a particular salesman I was insulted and talked to in a very unprofessional manor. Six months ago, I went into VW of Downtown LA and met with a salesman. He was friendly, but a little pushy for my taste. We were down to working on numbers and I was simply not ready to get a car. Fast forward six months, and I was ready for my new VW. I came back to the same salesman as I am a loyal person. We had a meeting set for a Satruday, and although it was his day off he SEEMED happy to come in and help. A few hours before my meeting I received a text message simply to confirm the appointment. As a savvy customer I called a few other dealers in the area to get basic pricing so I didn't walk in with nothing. I let the salesman know that I did so, and I can tell via text he was upset. In response to my text about shopping other dealers I received a text message stating this: "whatever...just bring the quotes with you. I've spent too much time with you and I don't want to come in on my day off like last time for nothing." This is no way to treat a customer who six months ago wasn't ready to buy a car, but that day was. I was blown away the moment I read that message, and I turned my back on this dealership and never looked back! I ended up going to a dealership out in Covina based on a recommendation by a coworker, and even though it was a trek, it was completely worth it. Anyone in the market for a new or used VW, make your way out to Bozzani VW! I promise you won't regret it. More
