Having to bring car back in for something that should have been done the first time is so unacceptable. Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation and the tire rotation was not done. Visited the service center to get an oil change and tire rotation and let Miguel know that my drivers tire had slow leak. Miguel scolded me for being late on oil change. Then they did not rotate tire or fix rotation and let Miguel know that my drivers tire had slow leak. Miguel scolded me for being late on oil change. Then they did not rotate tire or fix the leak so I had to bring the car back a second time to have it fixed. This in turn cost me time and money. I am a u we driver anytime I am off ride I lose money. It took four hours initially to get oil change and a tire rotation that they did not do. Then another hour to have to bring my car back in and get the tire fixed and rotated that should have been done the first time. Bill was nice enough to get it done in under an hour but still did in my opinion offer an apology for the entire inconvenience. More
