I didn’t like customer service. I was told I would have a loaner and when I got there they didn’t have any. Also I had to come back to get a piece on the car they had to order That I had paid for. I like the service technicians. However, I have some additional questions about my vehicle. First, I was informed that the almost $400 battery that I purchased has a five year warranty. Should I have re additional questions about my vehicle. First, I was informed that the almost $400 battery that I purchased has a five year warranty. Should I have received something indicating this? Second, I emailed Miguel to inform him that sometimes I receive errant false readings from my dashboard indicator. For example, I had just came to DTVW to have the battery in my remote changed. However, afterward I started receiving a message that I needed to change the remote battery? If there is a problem with the dash indicators, I would like to confirm this before the car is no longer under warranty. Third, I had the brake fluid changed given that the pedal feels a little low. I was informed that changing the brake fluid was one way to address the problem. Please advise how frequent this should be done? Finally, I already had left a message for Miguel before seeing this review. I have some additional questions regarding my vehicle. However, I have not received a follow up to my call as of this review. I would appreciate a return call. More
