Efficient and courteous I came in because my TPMS light was on and they told me to come in even without an appointment. I was immediately taken care of, given an estimated ti I came in because my TPMS light was on and they told me to come in even without an appointment. I was immediately taken care of, given an estimated time of 1-1.5 hours and they had it ready after an hour. They even gave the car a wash which was a nice bonus. No charge for adjusting the tire pressure or the car wash. They sent me a text and gave me a call to let me know when the car was ready. I told them was I was on my way and they had the car ready when got back to the dealership. I had my two young kids (3 and 4 yrs old) with me, so I really appreciated not having to wait for the car to be brought down. Servando showed me how to take care of the TPMS light in the future. I asked about package deals and he told me he would get back to me the next day...and he did! Thank you for your efficiency and courtesy. More

Professional and Courteous I was in Chicago for Halloween, and my daughters engine oil light went on (she was due for an oil change, but forgot) So I googled a VW dealership and I was in Chicago for Halloween, and my daughters engine oil light went on (she was due for an oil change, but forgot) So I googled a VW dealership and found FJ VW. I scheduled a 2pm appointment on a Saturday. I arrived for appt. Mr. Lopez immediately got things going and had me shuttled to the Water Tower Shops while the Jetta was being serviced. The entire staff, including the shuttle driver were very courteous and personal. My daughters Jetta was serviced and washed. Perfect. More
