Car dealer did not refund my money for programming 2nd key Been trying to get money for a 2nd key programming which they agreed to pay. Sent many email, phone calls but nothing. The car I purchase, was a CPO v Been trying to get money for a 2nd key programming which they agreed to pay. Sent many email, phone calls but nothing. The car I purchase, was a CPO vehicle but within 3 months it had problems. Had to go to another dealer closer to me to fix . At 28,000 miles one of the fuel injectors failed and then valves had to be replaced. Had it all done under warranty which took more than a month to fix but the car is not the same. It lost it's acceleration and since there's no fault code, the dealer will not do anything. Fletcher Jones did not refund my money for the key or acknowledged any of my email correspondence to date. More

Nowhere better for service I've had experience with lots of dealer service departments and I am so happy I found Fletcher which I have been using exclusively for a number of yea I've had experience with lots of dealer service departments and I am so happy I found Fletcher which I have been using exclusively for a number of years. They are honest and won't waste your time. You never worry about them ripping you off and in fact, they do the little things gratis which is greatly appreciated. Their waiting room is comfortable with lots of amenities. The employees are always top notch and friendly. Their team is outstanding. More

There were some non-warranty items on the list to but Heberto kept in contact with me every step of the way. I had to get some warranty items fixed. 40,000 mile maintenance. Very efficient service all the way with the exception of pick up at end of service. I was told that if I texted 10 minutes prior to arrival, the car would be waiting for me. That was not what I experienced. When I arrived (exactly 10 minutes after texting) (and fully paid prior on-line), the service rep called the car claim check number at that moment for the first time, and I had to wait 15 minutes. That was disappointing. When I mentioned that I had texted to avoid the wait, he said the car was "staged" nearby. Then why would it still take 15 minutes?? Ruined an otherwise perfect experience. But I still think you do a great job and will certainly always be your customer. More
