Complete A/C service I was traveling from New York and initially took my vehicle to Northtown VW in Buffalo NY. They had my vehicle for a whole week and kept saying they d I was traveling from New York and initially took my vehicle to Northtown VW in Buffalo NY. They had my vehicle for a whole week and kept saying they did not have the proper tool to fix the vehicle? So I just to them to put my vehicle back with the A/C still not functioning and took my trip to Chicago for a conference. I arrived in Chicago and VW of downtown Chicago get me right in fixed the vehicle in two day and supplied me with a loaner as so not to inconvenience me! These guys are truly AMAZING! More

Beware of VW and Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago! I bought a brand new VW GTI from Fletcher Jones, and after only 33K miles the check engine light came on, and I was informed I needed a new turbo and I bought a brand new VW GTI from Fletcher Jones, and after only 33K miles the check engine light came on, and I was informed I needed a new turbo and was given a service bill for $6,000. I had believed VW built quality cars, and stood behind that reputation, but I will never buy another VW and will never step inside another Fletcher Jones. More

Successful but No car wash.... who’s is such a nice touch af They took care of the recall item and gave us a Lyft to and from my husbands office which was very nice. He asked why there was no car wash and they said they never told them to do it. That was probably the biggest disappointment of the visit! More

This visit was marked by expeditious response on the part of Amber who received my call about an engine malfunction, promptly scheduled a time, and re This visit was marked by expeditious response on the part of Amber who received my call about an engine malfunction, promptly scheduled a time, and referred me to Adam Khamsot who handled the rest of the process in an orderly, timely, respectful, and courteous way. He notified me regarding the technicians review and diagnosis of the problem and respectfully allowed me to make the decisions about my car going forward. A previous experience (annual inspection) when insistently pressured by a service person to accept all work recommended at an exorbitant price, without evidence of any problem, left me with the impression that service people were expected by management to push replacements and repairs. It also left the impression that rather than give evidence of the need for the work, there was an assumption that a woman would not want to see the reason for the recommended work or just be anxious enough to go ahead with it. Adam was professional, instructive, and respectful. Thanks to Adam. More
