Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago assessed the car's issues and determined that several things needed work. I know little about cars, but believe that Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago was honest and appropriate in suggesting the repairs they did. Significantly, thanks to the CTA my white car had black tar on several places on the roof and back and the people in the Detail Department were kind enough to remove them--completely for me. Love those Detail Department people!!!!!!! More

Excellent service and readily available inventory Discovered air bubble in tire while in Wisconsin (most likely from the dirt roads in UP MI during road trip), called two other VW dealerships in WI an Discovered air bubble in tire while in Wisconsin (most likely from the dirt roads in UP MI during road trip), called two other VW dealerships in WI and 4 none VW tire dealers, none had the right tire size in stock for my VW 2017 Alltrack (forget the brand of tire, apparently the tire size for these vehicles is rarely used and not often stocked because they're new and not many need tires for them). To our luck this dealership had the tires in stock, changed the tire, even provided discount (in lieu of a Lyft ride that wasn't worked that day) and washed car inside and out way before out scheduled time to pick up. Thanks to them, our road trip plans stayed on track. More

Luis Tinoco went above and beyond the recall service I bought my 2014 Passat in to have checked Always efficient and helpful, Luis suggested an inspe Luis Tinoco went above and beyond the recall service I bought my 2014 Passat in to have checked Always efficient and helpful, Luis suggested an inspection which made I agreed to despite concern that it could show up an expensive problem. (The inspection uncovered no issues.) However, Luis did have a problem rectified with a misalignment at the front left side that resulted from someone hitting the opposite side in a parking lot. This saved me the cost of a body shop. I appreciate his customer focus greatly! More
