They make me feel as though I am their most important customer - they se The service department at Downtown VW is unlike any other service department. They make me feel as though I am their most important customer - they service my car on the day I need them to and they are efficient and keep me posted regularly on their progress. They provide me with a loaner car, and let me keep it for as long as the service takes. The service technicians are wonderful- they text me 2-3 times a day with updates. I will keep my VW forever just so I can get it serviced at Downtown VW. More
