11/15/19 Hi - Adam was super helpful while I was waiting for my vehicle. However, from what I can assume was out of his control my oil change took more than 2 Hi - Adam was super helpful while I was waiting for my vehicle. However, from what I can assume was out of his control my oil change took more than 2 hours and I did not receive the typical complimentary car wash or have my summer mats changed out to winter (as I requested). This may be because I had a meeting I had to rush to, however did want to provide that feedback. Thanks! -Kylee Kissane More
