Each of the associates I worked with (most recently Miguel) have been very easy to work with. Also Bill Dolan, the service manager has done an excellent job of re-establishing trust with us after a couple of early breakdowns with this new model. Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago assessed the car's issues and determined that several things needed work. I know little about cars, but believe that Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago was honest and appropriate in suggesting the repairs they did. Significantly, thanks to the CTA my white car had black tar on several places on the roof and back and the people in the Detail Department were kind enough to remove them--completely for me. Love those Detail Department people!!!!!!! More
