Windshield wiper Got scammed for a damaged windshield wiper that was damaged by dealership. This part should have been replaced without customer even knowing. Instead Got scammed for a damaged windshield wiper that was damaged by dealership. This part should have been replaced without customer even knowing. Instead the dealership wanted to charge the customer for item. Worst part, drove away without knowing wiper blade was not on armature. Had to complain, and got a credit. Purely dropped the ball. Hope dealership did the other claimed services. More

Another good experience I went to VW because there was a noise on the back of my car. As always, Miguel Meza, was very attentive and professional. I had to came back a second time on the same day because the Apple Car Play was not working and the tire pressure light went off. Not happy considering service management team was not aware that some extended warranty insurance companies will not honor Volkswagen of chicago as a valid business partner. I paid for test to locate needed repairs that under their guidelines in my contract normally would be paid. Nonetheless your company is a dear let chicago they will not accept. They gave no reason !
