Service was excellent. Was surprised by extra charges (for extra oil despite a coupon offer) and $26.42 "pay shop charge" described as "disposal"-not included in package fees? They honored the battery warranty and replaced the under-performing one without charge. The only problem was that they promised to wash my car early in the day so it would have had a chance to dry in under-performing one without charge. The only problem was that they promised to wash my car early in the day so it would have had a chance to dry indoors before I picked it up at 4 p.m. and parked it on the cold street - and after three reminders it hadn't been. That aside, I probably needed the fuel filter they suggested and definitely needed new wiper blades. The myriad flushes - not so much. All in all, I'm a contented customer who will return (hopefully, not soon). More
