They also have some coupons usually & they work with you to keep the costs down when they can. Communication is great, they have a great system of check-in, pick-up, will get you an Uber to get to work if dropping off. More

Downtown VW They have online appointment creation. They text you the invoice and you can pay before heading over to get your car. They pay for a Lyft there and They have online appointment creation. Lounge with coffee machine - but it was broken the day I was there - even the employees couldn't get a coffee. Competent service advisors. Of course factory service doesn't come cheap. No loaner cars, generally, but I did get one when I brought it in for a major, multi-day repair last month. More

I was multitasking when I called and didn’t end up leaving a voicemail. To my delight, I received a call a few minutes later from Luis in the Service department. He was quick to follow up and happy to help. I didn’t have an appointment but he worked his magic and advised I could bring in my car that morning. I appreciate how easy it was to get my car taken care of. I always have a great customer experience at this dealership. Thank you! More

I come in to get information on buying my lease and the numbers that came back were absurd and with no explanation to how they came to the numbers. When I asked what credit score they were working from, I never got an answer and management avoided speaking to me face-to-face. That was very strange to me. I ended up getting a personal loan saving $6,000 to keep and pay-off my VW. This is my third and last VW car. I would never buy a VW again and especially not from this dealership. And, will not bring my car here for service. The people may be nice but the prices are too high. This dealerships YELP ratings are very low with similar complaints. More

Not timely service Brought car Monday was told part ordered would be in in 2-3 days, car was not ready until end of day Sat. so I was unable to pick up until Monday! My car was there for a wk and I was not offered a loaner car. I had to call to get update on estimate. When I was called about car, message was not left informing me of car status. Car was ready and outside when I went to pick it up on Monday which was nice and time efficient. 10% discount was given which was appreciated but I think more could have been done since it was there for so long! More
