Miguel was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and caring while I had my break pads fixed. Miguel even went above expectations by waiting well over closing time so that I could pick up my car after after needing it for travel the next day. They take care of me immediately, offer me a loaner; stay in touch via text, and fix my car promptly. And wash it as well. I have observed the same treatment of every customer, so I don’t think I’m special 🙁. I am determined to keep my car as long as I can; but when I need a new one, I will buy another VW so this dealership can service it. More
