I brought my Tiguan in to VW of Clarksville Service Center for its routine 40k mile maintenance. I also asked them to look into a low tire pressure light that would come on periodically that I suspecte Center for its routine 40k mile maintenance. I also asked them to look into a low tire pressure light that would come on periodically that I suspected was a slow leak in my tire. I spent over $800 on the "recommended" maintenance, and that did not even include everything they told me my car needed, as I declined a couple additional services since it was already so expensive. They also told me they did not find anything wrong with my tire. However, my low tire pressure light was still an issue, so I later took my car to a different VW dealership who found a nail in my tire that was causing the leak. I find it hard to believe the service center at VW of Clarksville would miss a nail in my tire had they inspected my tire. In addition, I had mentioned the $800 in maintenance to the other VW dealership and they informed me that half of the services VW of Clarksville told me was "recommended" did not even need to be done at that time. For example, VW of Clarksville told me I needed new spark plugs at 40k miles, but according to the actual recommended maintenance for my vehicle, my spark plugs would have been good until 80k miles. I paid over $300 for new spark plugs at VW of Clarksville because they told me it was required maintenance, just to find out it was not even necessary. I am glad I passed on the other additional services recommended to me by VW of Clarksville, as those were also not necessary I later came to find out. Overall, I feel very misled and taken advantage of by the VW of Clarksville Service Center and will not be taking my vehicle there for future service needs. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 was because they were very accommodating with scheduling a time for me to bring my car in for service, and they had a quick turnaround time. More
John Bishop is without a doubt one of the most professional people I have encountered at any dealership. He took car of my car as if it was his own and kept me updated continuously. I live two miles from Bachman VW and will drive across the bridge to have all of my service work done at your dealership because of John’s attention to detail. I currently own a 2017 Touareg Executive and intend to keep it since the model is no longer available in the US. Thanks again John! More

They only got one star because I couldn’t figure out how to give a worse rating. Most of the time they refuse to answer their phone. This dealership is crooked! They literally took payment for services and labor that they didn’t do! Would not recommend them at all! Needed to get some work done on my VW Atlas. Anthony Murphy, in the service department, was very accommodating and made sure to explain the entire process to me. Getting my new Volkswagen serviced at the dealership is not. Very friendly people. Not too expensive. They get the car in and out quickly. They have a courtesy shuttle service.
