Honestly the best car buying experience! I had to get a new vehicle due to my car being totaled in a serious accident. In the past I have never had such an amazing experience as I did here. My sales person Steven made me feel very relaxed and explained everything possible I think on the car. He answered my questions but did NOT make me feel dumb or silly for asking them. He was very friendly nice and knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor which helped me feel more relaxed. I NEVER felt pressured to hurry and buy today or lose a deal or like i was just dollar signs. The whole situation has changed my ideas and feelings about shopping for a car. My accident has caused me a lot pain and stress but my experience here really made me feel better at least in one aspect of my situation. Everyone I spoke with seemed VERY real as in they were not being nice just to impress me. I WILL recommend this place to get a car to everyone I know. I told my sales guy that he can never leave because he made my experience THAT good. The manager was SO nice and understanding(I broke down in the store) and they did not make me feel foolish for doing so. I honestly am still in a form of shock from the amazing experience I had. I don't remember(unfortunately) the names of the other people who helped with my purchase but each of them were SO nice and geniune the manager finance manger and the gentleman that shinned up my car before I left. Best day ever I was contemplating on if I needed a new car or not. My old car was barley getting to back and forth to work at this point. So I had my mind set up on I was contemplating on if I needed a new car or not. My old car was barley getting to back and forth to work at this point. So I had my mind set up on at least going to a few dealerships to shop. Then I ran across a Facebook commercial made by Steven Mayfield at the Volkswagen dealership. So I went to their website and found exactly what I was looking for. I sent a message to Steven and he responded right back. I was at the dealership less than an hour later. With all the paperwork done and signed, I was there for less than a couple hours, and I was in a new car. Everyone was super nice and easy to talk to, I never felt like they were trying to force anything on me. Literally the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Steven More
