I was informed that a vehicle inspection had been performed on my new car before purchase. I find this hard to believe considering the multiple issues I now face with the car. When calling the dealership to inquire about this, I was told "our senior service tech inspected your car, he doesn't make mistakes". The faulty locking mechanisms and alarm system on my vehicle has resulted in a property theft from my vehicle which I believed to be locked. Little did I know, VW of clarksville was negligent to perform an inspection of my vehicle. This experience along with other details such as the lack of my XM trial subscription being included in my vehicle and relieving the vehicle with an empty tank of fuel at the time of purchase, have my my experience here a bad one. I do hope that others take caution when considering purchasing a vehicle here. It may be a good experience for you, but mine was not. More
They only got one star because I couldn’t figure out how to give a worse rating. Most of the time they refuse to answer their phone. Hello this is litosha curry I'm reaching out to you in writing about the title to the car. My 30 day tags expire today 8/30/20. I was denied the title because to car did not pass sheriff inspection. When we spoke on the phone you and another employee only offered to remove the tint and i would have to come out of pocket to replace the tint. I however do not find that to be fair. It's a huge inconvenience for me to travel 30 minutes to and from the nearest sheriff station also 25 minutes to and from the Volkswagen dealership and then to find a DMV to get title transferred to get plates all with my 7 day old baby I have just given birth. This is extremely overwhelming and unexpected. So I am asking that the tint be removed and replaced at Volkswagen expense. If this message can not be answered by you can you please pass along to your supervisor or feel free to send me their contact information. Thank you for your help in advance. More
This dealership is crooked! They literally took payment for services and labor that they didn’t do! Would not recommend them at all! Absolutely awesome experience! I live in Dayton, OH and about two hours from the dealership. I’ve known the GM a while and I knew he was the guy to call when I needed a new car. With my first baby on the w about two hours from the dealership. I’ve known the GM a while and I knew he was the guy to call when I needed a new car. With my first baby on the way, I wanted an SUV. Within 24 hours of reaching out, I had the vehicle I wanted, in the color I wanted with a great deal that got me out of my previous loan that wasn’t the best. Even with negative equity in my current car, I got an awesome 2020 Tiguan with a phenomenal interest rate. To top it all off, they had the car delivered to me at my home for no extra cost! I didn’t have to make any special arrangements at all. I can not recommend this dealership enough. It’s worth the drive or even to have them bring the car to you! Kainoa is the best in the business. This dealership had the exact car I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Brent Loveall, Sales Associate. He had the car (2019 VW Alltrack) waiting in the showroom. Brent had all of the paper work ready to go. It was a very efficient process. Once the paper work was completed, Brent, my Sales Associate, took me over to the car and reviewed all of the critical aspects and functionality of the VW. I believe that all the Sales staff at Volkswagen of Clarksville are very knowledgeable about Volkswagens, easy to talk to and perhaps most importantly, willing to meet or exceed your price expectations. Now Volkswagen financial guy Josh has called me at my new job saying I want to cancel my extended warranty. I said no such thing. I want it free of charge like my wife and I were told.
