We had been searching for a new-to-us car for weeks and were not pleased with the many dealerships we had visited. We saw a car online that we were interested in and call Clapp. The car was not currently were not pleased with the many dealerships we had visited. We saw a car online that we were interested in and call Clapp. The car was not currently on the lot but had been driven to Indianapolis for an auction by the dealer. Our sales agent went to Indianapolis that day and picked it up for us. They made sure the car was in pristine condition before we picked it up. Their attention to detail greatly impressed me as did their friendly personalities. More

Great place to buy a car! I never enjoyed shopping for a car in the past, but everyone there is so friendly and talkative, but never try to pressure you or switch you to a car you do not want. I love my VW! car in the past, but everyone there is so friendly and talkative, but never try to pressure you or switch you to a car you do not want. I love my VW!
