The staff was great and helpful, but there was another customer who ruined my experience. I was in the manager's office chatting about the car I purchased, and a woman who was extremely upset over somethi customer who ruined my experience. I was in the manager's office chatting about the car I purchased, and a woman who was extremely upset over something came stomping in, started screaming, and interrupted my time with the manager in the middle of a deal. The employees handled the situation well, but the location of the dealer is in the middle of the trash of Akron. You can't really fault the dealer for that, but it put a damper on my experience. More

I was very pleased with my experience at VW of Akron. I am thoroughly enjoying my new Tiguan. I have had my car for 2 weeks and was under the impression that the Service Department was going to contact m I am thoroughly enjoying my new Tiguan. I have had my car for 2 weeks and was under the impression that the Service Department was going to contact me to put the clear coat on my car within the first week. I purchased the Assurant Vehicle Care Appearance Protection when I signed all my paperwork with the Finance lady. Three times I have requested that the Service Department contact me to make an appointment and I still have not been contacted. I am a bit disappointed with that part of my purchase. More
