Of all the people in all of the dealerships my wife and I had been to over the last 3 days (VW, Honda, Subaru, Mazda) Arnaldo was both the most knowledgeable consultant we worked with but also the one who seemed to truly enjoy his cars. That went a long way toward building our comfort and our confidence. Best Buying Experience Yet! Went in to look into getting out of a lease and into a new GTI Sport. After the drive I was convinced enough to have them appraise my vehicle that I had been leasing, this process took maybe 10-15 minutes, was offered top value for my car and shown the KBB print out as well as a breakdown with discounts and a very competitive and fair price. Decided to go ahead with the deal and they let me do some work from home that night to attend to some obligations and finish up delivery the next night. Delivery went smoothly, Arnaldo was extremely helpful with the tech and features and setting up the vehicle to my needs. Thomas was thorough and not at all pushy with warranties and other offerings and I was out in a short time. Would highly recommend Arnaldo and the team to anyone and look forward to my VW ownership!
