Mind-blowingly excellent service from people ( especially Malik and Drew) who seemed to truly car about me, my car and my experience at your fine facility. I messed around with amateur mechanics and inadequate service up until I visited South Towne VW because I thought that it was less expensive. Never again! I trust the people at STVW and will make it my Jetta home base. I also had a wonderfully positive experience car shopping with Ben Tucker. Although I chose not to purchase a vehicle at this time, he was friendly, helpful and and enthusiastic, and I will not hesitate to go back to him when I am ready to buy. More

Great service I took my VW to a dealership closer to my work, I was told I need a $500 tune up to keep my warranty valid. I then left and went where I purchased the car to Southtown VW and they informed me that was not what I needed to keep my warranty, I had the needed oil change etc and left paying about $160. Almost 200k miles on my TDI Jetta, and the VWST team has never tried to get me into unneeded parts or services, which dealerships are notorious for. More
