We looked at several Atlas Crossport vehicles for 2 days. We then met with the finance manager and after talking with him and our salesman, he met us at our price point. He then asked us to sign as he agreed We then met with the finance manager and after talking with him and our salesman, he met us at our price point. He then asked us to sign as he agreed at our price point. It was late and we said we’d be back the next day. We did return , only to find a totally different sakes manager and the monthly payment was almost $200/month more than it was just the day before and our credit is over 800. We were lied to and wasted 2 days in the heat, planning on buying our new car. They mentioned the first day that they “hadn’t sold any cars that day” yet, the next day, the prices had changed and the original sales manager ignored us and when we’ve tried 5 plus times to call them, they never will explain the inconsistencies in their sales incentives. The would not uphold their price they’d quoted us on paper and in the office. Obviously, they don’t stand by their word nor their quotes. I would never recommend this outfit to anyone!! More

Unfortunately I had to deal with the service department. Horrible communication. Lack of skill on the repairs. My car is acting different than it did before the repairs.
