We love our VW so much and had such a wonderful experience, we decided we wanted to go through them again. We just purchased an Atlas. Again, they were so amazing and patient with us as we discussed exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. They gave us great advice on each model to help us understand what would be the perfect car for us within our budget. Cody was the best. He was very honest with us. He let us know if it was the right time to buy the car. He had told us to get the credit up and come back the following week and we would talk and try to make something happen. And he did! We are now owners of an Atlas. He, along with Harry were so kind and helpful. We appreciate all they did for us and had such a great experience. We highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. We are now owners of 2 VW cars and wouldn’t want it any other way!!! They rock!!! More

The worst I've ever experienced! I will NEVER purchase a car or take a car to this dealer for service. If I could score below a single star I would. Where to begin....the car I curr I will NEVER purchase a car or take a car to this dealer for service. If I could score below a single star I would. Where to begin....the car I currently have is leaking INSIDE--water dripping on my head at times. It doesn't always leak in the same place, but it leaks. I took it in FOUR times and paid almost a thousand dollars because my extended warranty didn't cover it. FINALLY, they tell me that they think they found the problem, but because it's out of warranty, they won't cover the fix--probably over 2K. It's a factory problem with the welding on the roof rack, but THEY WON'T FIX IT. So, I refused to pay for the fix and just want my car back--IT'S BEEN THERE A MONTH. All they have to do it put it together. I was promised my car Wed.Sept 18th, then promised it by Tuesday, Sept. 24th. I have not heard one word from anyone. My service contact never answers my e-mails. The only calls I get are from sales trying to make a sale--get me to trade in my car for a used car that's priced far above blue book. Update: Finally got a call from the service manager--only because of this review. He called within a very short time of me posting this, then he bullied me verbally on the phone, and told me that I needed to work with them. How about they deliver service when promised originally?! I STILL have no confirmed date to pick up my car. More
