Pressure. Learn from me! So we ended up at VW on my son's birthday. Just stopped to talk for a bit. Met with a sales person I had been chatting with online. We were going to sit and discuss our needs when an old friend walks in and is a salesman there also. He kind of takes over and sits us in front of a computer with car prices, while he went to bring a car over. The prices were similar to what I had seen on their web page and also the direct emails from sales people there. What the emails didn't say is that you have to qualify for many impossible things to get that price. We didn't find this out until we had driven two cars and sat down to look at the numbers. The car was 25% More expensive then anything we had been shown!! Wow! What a waste of time. Now it was time to go to birthday dinner. Pressure time... You can't leave, you need to put down money now. But I haven't even seen the cheaper car you say I can aford. It will be great, Everything you want. But we need to go, we will come back and finish this Monday. NOOOOO!! Now where I am stupid... If the car is as good as you say it is then I guess we'll start the process and you can bring me my car later tonight. Dumb!! I didn't drive the car. I didn't even see a list of the options only to find out it had very few. Including the ones I wanted most. My bad! We even found the next day a giant puddle of oil in my garage from the new car. At least they let me trade that back in for another one. Last sad part. They messed up the paper work three times. Had to keep signing. Then I get my first notification from the credit union and low and behold the payment is more then the paper work said it should be. But the sales people are no longer interested in me. I already bought the car. I will just refinance it next week. Don't give in to the pressure. Take your time. Come back another day after some research and thought. I still would have bought a car, just not the one I did. It's hard to say if I would recommend this dealer. Some of it is my fault for giving in to the pressure. But I guess the pressure shouldn't have been so high in the first place. More

THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD! My friend needed a cosigner on a car and had asked me to come in and see if i could help. I advised my friend that i just had bought a 20k truck just 6 months before that and had recently started a new job not even 30 days ago and there was no way i was going to get approved. I go in there and the sales guys ask for a my social and how much i made which was only about $750 every two weeks it was not much so that they could run my credit which i HAD spectacular credit. He comes back and says YOUR APPROVED, gives my friends the go ahead to take this 40K brand new tiguan, tack on the old 10k of debt from their previous vehicle and didn't tell me ANYTHING! I had NO IDEA how much payments were, to my knowledge all i really signed was the application which they obviously lied about my income because no way would my less than 30 days job and $1500 income qualify for an EIGHT HUNDRED dollar a month payment! Come to find out my "friends" knew the sales guys because they used to work there and so they finagled this whole application! Then, my friends take the car, they never pay a penny on it and i am getting collection call after collection call, i'm having repo guys come to my house when i haven't seen that car since the day it left the lot, I'm being threatened by this company! They are now ready to charge off this loan IN MY NAME and it's something i never even agreed to in the first place! This place is a fraud! They are scammers! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. Now i'm spending thousands in attorney fees to sue them! More
