The finance person, Axel Frohwein explained everything to us in a way we could understand. It’s a bit of a drive for us but so worth the trip to do business with VW SouthTowne. After our great car buying experience we are planning on using them for our service also. Our vehicle was deliver clean and Mike made sure we were comfortable with the car features. Mike even called us today to make sure we were still happy and to answer any questions we may have. As long as we are treated this good, we will be lifetime customers. We rate this dealership an A+. Eric was really good at finding options that fit our parameters and worked with us on our budget. Buying a used car meant that there was a smaller dent that they took care of before we picked it up.
