The truck was great that we found, but the service and there unwillingness to fix a problem that was obvious to other shops that we took it to made the whole experience not worth it. We brought it in told them what Auto zone told us, brought it in a few more times for the same issue and they would find very small things to fix but wouldn’t fix the main problem that we had been having. Because they didn’t want to pay for it since it was part of the warranty so we just took it some where else, didn’t tell these guys what we thought the problem was and they came back to us that the problem was the same that auto zone had told us back in June/July that we needed to get the alternator replaced. Horrible experience. From false advertising. Lies and attempts to upsell me to another car. We bought two cars from them in April 2020 during their advertised specials. We put large cash payments down to only have My car - a chevy equinox - returned to their shop 5x with check engine problems. It spent 6 weeks with them. After the most recent visit and claiming to finally fix it the light is on again. Having driven it less than 2000 miles since my purchase. Their last response was to buy a newer car. I have paid from my own pocket for all but half of the timing chain replacement. Multiple Sensors. Catalytic converter. Timing chain. Filters. My problems strted after driving less than 300 miles.
