Avoid service. I used to service Routan and Touareg there and moved on to VW of Garden Grove, which under service manager Gene McCoy was top notch for years and now I used to service Routan and Touareg there and moved on to VW of Garden Grove, which under service manager Gene McCoy was top notch for years and now VW of GG is mediocre to say the least. So, I thought I'd give them another chance and yes, they are 3/4th of a star to me. Misleading information about parts availability and diagnostics that is just another way of ripping you off from your cash to lure you into a something you don't want or need. Move on folks.
