Having dealt with numerous VW dealers over the years, in multiple states, I have found my dealer for life. The service department, the sales department, pretty much everyone involved there has made me feel multiple states, I have found my dealer for life. The best VW dealer in socal! I scoured LA and OC to find a great deal on a preowned Tiguan and I bought it here. They don't have any add-ons that balloons the out-the-door price like many other places these days. High integrity organization that is part of the Penske group. Made a loyal customer out of me. Highly recommend working with Kevin Perez if you are interested in a VW. Very friendly, patient, and professional. He will not bombard you with text and emails like some others do. As for the car purchased, it was a 2021 Tiguan S with only 13k miles on it that was used as their service loaner vehicle. The car is super clean, runs like new, and they topped off the gas before we left the lot with it. Excellent car buying experience. Happy to give them my business. More

Cursed at and yelled at in front of customers by Natasha Urdea the Service Manager. It's a shame she has a position dealing with people yet alone being in charge of all the service advisors. Brought my Atla Urdea the Service Manager. It's a shame she has a position dealing with people yet alone being in charge of all the service advisors. Brought my Atlas in for a warranty repair, steering column needed to be replaced and needed 2 new tires. Was told it would take 3 days, wasn't given a loaner and offered $10 Uber credit. Couple days later was told parts were on back order and they had a loaner vehicle, picked up the loaner which was a VW Jetta with stained seats, nasty inside and scratches and dings everywhere. A week later the steering column arrived but was missing the bolts that were on back order. Was told it would be another week and half so I asked for a bigger loaner car since I have a family and need SUV. They gave me a Tiguan that once again had stained seats and had throw up stains. They put seat covers on as a solution. Disgusting. So finally 3.5 weeks later today the car was ready. I go to pickup and return loaner car. They do the walk around on the loaner and then Natasha Urdea comes out and says I ruined her loaner car and it needed to be detailed because it had pollen and sap on it from being parked outside. I told her I can go to car wash if that's a problem, she refused and then convinced her to take it through there car wash. Car came out looking spotless. See pics. She then continued to claim it had to be detailed and buffed and waxed and whatever else. I asked her to show me in the contract where it state the car needs to be washed before returning, She refused to show me. Then I read the contract which states they video tape walk through when giving out loaner car, I asked her to show me that video then. She went inside for an hour and finally after patiently waiting I went inside to see what was up, she said she couldn't find the video but was still looking. Then I said can I just have my car keys so I can go. She then yelled at me saying " I don't need your Fu***ing Bulls**t" and was extremely nasty in front of other customers and staff. I asked her why she talks to her customers this way? She then got more aggressive, and said I'm keeping your deposit and here are your keys. I asked to talk to her GM which she claimed he wasn't in so can't talk to him. Now I go to get in my car and look at the new tires they put on and they look used. See pics. Also had oil change done and as I'm leaving I see notifications that says inspection due. At this point I'm not sure they ever changed my oil and am pretty sure the new tires are actually used. See pics. Overall the worst experience of my life.. More
