Best car buying experience ever!! Let me start out by saying that this is now my 4th time buying a car, and the first time with a new dealer and a new make. My first 3 cars were all Fo Let me start out by saying that this is now my 4th time buying a car, and the first time with a new dealer and a new make. My first 3 cars were all Ford's bought from the same salesperson, but this time I wanted to try something new, something different. My coworker has owned a few VW's and he swears by them so I figured I'd at least check them out. I walk in late on Wednesday evening after work, hoping to take a look at a new Tiguan SUV, and hoping I'm not going to be "sold" on something I don't want or can't afford. I test drive the car, love it, and then comes the fun part; credit services. I needed to co-sign the car with someone out of state, which I figured would be difficult, and Luke Volk (AMAZING guy, go to him for everything) told me straight out the process and how easy it was. Thursday Luke called me back and told me what I needed to do in regards to paperwork for the next day and what to bring and do. Friday comes and I call him to confirm I'm coming in and he says he'll make sure to be there when I arrive around 5:45 after work, and Luke was still there. He was supposed to leave 2 hours prior but wanted to stay to make sure he helped me get everything finalized which was such a small thing to do, but made such a huge impact for my experience. He was there for all the phone calls, all the emails, and even insisted I take his cell phone to reach him via text when I need help with anything. This process started on Wednesday, and I picked up the car the following Thursday, and Luke again stayed after to walk me around the car, walk me through the entire manual and what I needed to know, and made the process so personalized that I will never buy a car from anyone else. Luke, if you see this you are the MAN!! More

They didn't have the Black on Black in inventory but that wasn't a problem as they brought it over from a neighboring dealer quickly after the paperwork was started. Great Experience during my GTI SE w/ Sports Package Hunt! I went in about a week ago to take a look at the GTI which i was thinking of buying, and as soon as my sister and I were looking at a few models outsi I went in about a week ago to take a look at the GTI which i was thinking of buying, and as soon as my sister and I were looking at a few models outside, Israel the manager greeted us and introduced us to Holli who is the man!! Holly and Israel both offered drinks to my sister and I as he showed us the GTI models outside. I test drove the 4 door GTI w/ performance package which was what i was looking for, and I loved it! Holly was awesome and gave me a great deal! They also went ahead and looked for the specific model (GTI SE 4 Door W/ Performance Package in Charcoal Gray) which was very hard for them to find! They found it and brought it to the dealer which is the closest to my home, in a short period, and he gave me a great deal that i just could not deny! This place is awesome and the staff is friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you want! More
