We were happy with the sales process on a CPO VW Tiguan, but we soon came to realize that the CPO inspection from this dealership was insufficient. The dealer failed to change the oil, the battery was beyo but we soon came to realize that the CPO inspection from this dealership was insufficient. The dealer failed to change the oil, the battery was beyond warranty and should have been replaced (it soon failed), the engine and cabin air filters were dirty. All simple maintenance issues that we foolishly expected to have been done when the car was serviced by the dealer as CPO. Now I am concerned about other things that should have been inspected and addressed when certifying the car. More
