I went in to discuss numbers and value my trade on a new ID4. I understand that ID4's are in high demand and there's still a huge mark up. When I was shown monthly payments twice the amount I was looking fo ID4. I understand that ID4's are in high demand and there's still a huge mark up. When I was shown monthly payments twice the amount I was looking for, Anthony (Chris) Farfan got his manager Mikel Sophoclis to come in and discuss options. I asked twice and had to guess once how much they were offering for my trade. They never told me. They suggested financing for 96 months, so I asked how much I would be financing and they never told me. Watch out for this dealership and particularly these 2 sales managers. They tried to tell me the mark up and or prices will never drop on the ID4. Just so you know, my trade is a 2021 Audi Q5e Prestige PHEV. This is the highest priced model Audi offers and they were trying to scam me on a super low trade value. It makes no sense since all the numbers will be on the contract you sign. I should've told them I'd take that deal and make them write everything up then walk out at the Las minute. They wasted my time. I told Chris how much I wanted to pay a month. He should've said we're to far apart and not waste anymore of my time. These are the games they play. More
