I had visited several other dealerships, but after coming into Prime Volkswagen, I knew my search was over. Mike's enthusiasm, knowledge and quick-wit made my experience exceptional. Mike and Richard worked together to make a deal that worked for me at a pace that I was comfortable with, helped me close out my lease early, made all the calls necessary and did it all with a smile. Mike spent an extended period of time familiarizing me with my new purchase. They introduced me to the service department and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Derek is a very friendly, happy guy who makes the paperwork step feel effortless. You can tell a lot from watching employees at a dealership. Everyone there was smiling, unhurried and presented themselves well. I've stopped in twice since my purchase and they treat me like an old friend. Prime will be my first recommendation and my first stop the next time I, or anyone I know, needs a car. More

Prime worked extremely hard to give me the best deal. When I first went in, I figured it was just a sales pitch. I did not officially form my opinion until after I signed for the car. If I were a dealer, after the deal was signed and sealed I probably wouldn't have gone back to look at it. They clearly have the best interest out for their customers and work extremely hard for them. I was a little unsure about Prime at first, but am glad that I went through and gave them a shot. More

My experience was very pleasant. I liked the low-key and relaxed atmosphere. Kyle was very knowledgeable and as a consultant very fair and understanding. Overall excellent experience. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stephanie answered all of our questions, and found the car that we wanted. We ended up with a great price on our new Jetta, and we will definitely go back for our next vehicle. We must mention that our two year old daughter was with us and was treated to balloons and toys while we were buying the car. She didn't want to leave! He sat me down, got me a Diet Coke, asked me what I wanted and got it for me. He never pushed, he was never insincere and cared. However, he was so good that he had other customers at the same time so I had to share him. Not such a bad complaint. Thanks to all who made it such a good experience! More

Having Steve sell me a car was a great experience. I was in no rush to buy and spent a few weeks at different dealerships getting information and pricing. I had only made phone calls with Steve and when I pulled in to Prime, he had a car ready for me. It matched what I was looking for in a Jetta, and it matched the price range I was looking for. He made some other suggestions, but when I told him no, he didn't push. It was a very low pressure atmosphere tailored around what I wanted, not what he was trying to sell me or push me in to. Derek and Rich were both very helpful as well. This is my first Jetta from Prime, although I had bought 2 at Clair. I think I'll be going back to Prime once I am ready to trade this one in. Bought a 2009 VW Rabbit, and the guys at Prime could not have been better.I got a great deal and top dollar for my trade. I have bought allot of cars and this was my best experience. This was my first time as a car buyer. I had absolutely no idea how to go about the process, other than I needed to find a reliable car. I named a few car makes that I liked, and he brought me around to see at least two of each kind so I had some options. I was able to drive them, ask questions, and discuss options easily. He was very friendly, and did everything in his power and the companies power to give me what I wanted. They were very helpful when it came to explaining everything I was signing and explaining what everything meant when things went over my head. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me, and if I ever need a new car again this is definitely where I will go! More

At that point in the season where Christmas gifts are on the horizon and finance are taxed by the economy; I found m,yself in need of a car. After a few days of shopping; I came in to speak with the dealership about lease options for a VW Jetta. Sign and Drive, right? I was unsure about the option, its fit into my lifestyle, the price and value- who isn't. I drove home with a brand new leased vehicle the same day; and I got to pick the color and model. My "sales" experience was with Steven Wilson, a friendly, personable and concientious vehicle rep. I don't feel I was sold a car, I feel I walked away with my car- a superior & reliable vehicle in my price range that met my lifestyle and needs. Again, Steven was great and cared about my needs- he didn't have to be, but he was. Thank you Prime. More
