I called Jason, he had me return to Saco, and within a reasonable amount of time, all was fine and dandy. Two new tires. As a former New Yorker, has this occurred there, I would have hung by my toes for 3 days before I received such great service. Kyle and I have known eachother for a few years and when I saw a pre-owned truck at the Prime dealership, I knew I had to contact him. It was an 06 GMC and it was gorgeous. It took a little time, but he was constantly in contact with me keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale. I never once felt out of the loop. Derek kept on the phone with the bank and made sure they had everything by the date they said they would. I would definately recommend all my friends to them. They were so helpful in answering everything we wanted to know & very helpful filling in our bank with everything they needed to make the loan work. The best thing they did for us though was keep the dealership open for us until 9 o'clock!! With the distance we had to travel and waiting for my husband to get done work, made for a very long day.(for us and for them) I can't say enough about how well we were treated and how quickly everything was taken care of. THEY WERE GREAT!!! More
