I had a great experience with Prime Volkswagen. When I got there they were attentive and right to the point. They pulled the car up and I went for a test drive, and at no point during the drive did I feel pressured or like she was xxxxxxxxxxxx me to make a sale. When we got down to paperwork they got right to it and explained everything very well, and while the loan application went through they kept things light and fun throughout the dealership; they never once made me feel like I was out of place or a waste of their time. Mary was very personable and I felt like I was dealing with a real person instead of a typical car dealer. They informed me of all the options for keeping my car protected, GAP insurance, and all the other details. Overall I had an excellent experience- the BEST experience I've had while searching for a car, and I would definitely recommend them to others! More
