He didn't try to rip me off and give me a horrible trade in value and he didn't try to take me for my money when it came to the buying of another car. He told me what the price was and I verified it. So when it came to making the decision to buy I felt comfortable and confident with the sale. I accidentally left behind some personal belongings in my old care and he went out and grab them from the trade in car and is now keeping the things safe for me.I highly recommend Prime VW, and I would work with Kyle Spencer as he is an honest and over all nice fellow.
