When first arriving at prime Volkswagen I was immediately greeted and warmly welcomed by Zack. He was very knowledgeable about the specific car I purchased from him. I drove my 2010 Jetta Sportswagen TDI to Prime VW in Saco, ME for general service (oil change/tire rotation and a few little warranty fixes). I was greeted by Laura Dumaont - Service Coordinator. Laura Saco, ME for general service (oil change/tire rotation and a few little warranty fixes). I was greeted by Laura Dumaont - Service Coordinator. Laura Dumaont promptly entered my concerns into the VW data base and then handed my keys off to the Volkswagen Technician. I then was offered hot coffee and a donut while a service loaner was prepped and delivered to me out front. The service loaner was very clean and filled w/ diesel. Later that day Laura Dumaont called me and informed me of the services preformed and explained that I may collect my 2010 Jetta Sportswagen TDI at anytime. I returned to Prime VW in Saco and noticed my car in the "front row" washed, vacuumed, and ready to go home. Upon returning my service loaner keys to Laura Dumaont she then reviewed in detail all work preformed. The service bill for the oil change/tire rotation was more than reasonable. All the other little issues were resolved and covered by the VW factory warranty. After paying my bill I was offered a cold soft drink and walked out to my car. Thanks Prime VW in Saco, ME for a GREAT experience! Look forward to my next VW scheduled maintenance. VW-JEDI More

We contacted the dealership over the phone to make sure they had the make/model car that I was looking for. There were very few in the area to begin with and we had already had a terrible experience at Pa they had the make/model car that I was looking for. We went in feeling uneasy already having that experience and looking to buy a car that was sort of out of our budget, but we really need the space. Nick made it work for us and it was surprisingly in our budget after crunching numbers! He was extremely friendly and not pushy in any manor...it was amazing! I would definitely go back there for any car buying needs in the future and I hope that I can deal with him again when we do! More

We're being accused of not returning the Navigation Disc for the system in the car. That disk never left the glovebox. We never even used the system because it needs to be updated. This is the bad car experience that will never end even though they have it listed back up on their site to sell to someone else for the exact same price they wanted for it when we bought it. *sigh* I'm really over this finger pointing. Just bad business practices happening here. I still can't recommend a purchase from this place. incredible. Some tech probably took the NAV disk out and never put it back and can't locate it. make it stop! ***Update 7/22/12*** Gave up on the car. Too many issues to get over. Prime bought back in better condition than it came to us in. At least they made good and took it back w/out any issues. re-imbursed for the work we paid for out of pocket after purchasing which they wouldn't cover under warranty. Little did we know that the brakes we had complained of so much were not OEM VW parts and should have never been left on the car w/ a VW Pre-Loved Warranty. No more R32 and good luck to whomever buys it. It's a great car but too much of a bad taste left in our mouths to keep it. ***Update 7/7/12*** I have removed my original post and I am editing out of what I feel is a well negotiated resolution to some bumps in the road, so to speak, regarding a purchase in February of 2012. Vadim, the GM was gracious, accommodating and willing to listen to a level mind. Justin, thank you for your help in resolving this all and we're looking forward to putting all of these things behind and just enjoy the heck out of this car. 2008 VW R32 #2469 (mid build) will be the dream car we'd hoped for.
