So, I will get serious - I trusted Nick; he does not play games, he is knowledgable, friendly, patient, and to be honest made what most find to be a really stressful transaction seem fun. You know when your employees are good when they draw returning customers years later - and they are hoping to do business again with the same person! Nick just rocks! Strung along for a week before I was told the car left So I test drove a car at the dealership. Announced that we liked it but needed to sleep on it. We left the sales person with questions regarding 4 maintenance items. He in turn told me the car would be in the shop for inspection and maintenance in the morning. I called the following morning to inform the salesperson we wanted the car but still wanted answers on the 4 maintenance items. At same time I asked about their financing. While I would not commit to the price until my questions were answered I felt I left a clear message regarding our interest. I asked to be called that afternoon with an update. It did not happen. I called the salesperson the following day no answer and no return call (Saturday). I called Monday afternoon and the phones were out. I called Tuesday and spoke to another sales person. She actually got me answers plus hinted there was someone buying it but did know who. I called the first sales person on Wednesday and asked in firm language what the status was. He told me it was in the shop and would know that afternoon. No call back. I caked and spoke to a sales manager who told me the car left on a truck to Boston. How does this happen unless there is a huge lack of respect for potential customers? More
