Although we already had in mind the vehicle we were shopping for, Tim took the time to understand what type of vehicle we were interested in and showed us a few models that would better suit our needs. Tim was patient in explaining the VW features as neither my husband or I had ever owned a VW. Even though Tim was our sales rep, other sales reps offered to help during periods when we were waiting on financing, etc. The customer service at this dealership is excellent. There is a friendly atmosphere with a no pressure sales approach. Because of this, my husband and I both purchased vehicles the same day and we couldn't be happier with our choices. More

So I wasn't expecting much help at all pulling into the North Scottsdale De dealership in downtown Chicago where we bought our new Jetta 5 years ago. So I wasn't expecting much help at all pulling into the North Scottsdale Dealership with low tire pressure after our recent move to Arizona. Not only did they find a screw in the tire AND fix it for free, they performed a free carwash. An outstanding recall was taken care of, and I got a complimentary shuttle ride to work and back. I live my VW but had sworn never to buy another one due to our Chicago experience. Randy Braaten and his team changed my view entirely. I would love to come back to this dealership to purchase a new VW. More

We all worked hard to accomplish the deal that was complicated, I thought, by multiple trades but turned out to be smooth as silk. When it was discovered, by the dealership, that there was an additional discrepancy in trade values, not to their advantage, they immediately stepped to the plate, made the appropriate adjustments in an effort to salvage the sale and earn our future loyalty. And they have. I don't often take the time to write positive or negatives regarding a specific experience but felt compelled in this instance. Truly exceptional, professional service! More
