This is the 3rd VW I have bought from VW North Scottsdale. 2 of them from Ross. He is a low stress salesman. Each time I visit for service, if Ross is on duty, he greets me and we chat for a few minutes. I will probably purchase the New Jetta in about 3 years, or maybe the new Passat replacement. Our salesman was Tim, I forget his last name but his number is 480-538-4776. We have been looking for a new car for 2 months now and we liked the feeling we got with this dealership and with this salesm number is 480-538-4776. We have been looking for a new car for 2 months now and we liked the feeling we got with this dealership and with this salesman, we told him what we were looking for and he walked us right to a car within our price range and didnt try to upsell us to something we couldnt afford or didnt need. He spent about 3 hours with us and we test drove 3 cars, he was calm collective and not all jacked up on crack like most car salesman tend to be. We went through some numbers and told him about our situation with our car being severely upside down and us needing to roll it over into the loan, we told him our credit score was over 700 and he went with that and came back with professionally written up numbers for us to go over and review for 2 of the 3 vehicles we test drove. Most dealerships just put numbers on the back of a piece of paper with sharpie, at least this was professional and didnt look like a 3 year olds coloring book. The prices were actually the lowest, we looked around and found other TDI Jetta's, thats what we decided on, and they were right inline if not much lower than the other dealerships with all of the options included. We ended up not buying any vehicle in the end, but if we did it would definitely have been with Tim at this dealership. We were jerked around big time at Right Toyota and more than loved our experience here. I actually called Tim to tell him that we werent going to buy the car after we called back and said that we were. Again no pressure, but he did call back and ask if he could do anything that would help us make a decision, and again no pressure just trying to do his job, that I can definitely appreciate.
