I wanted to let the folks around Arizona know how great VW North Scottsdale is. I purchased my first ever new vehicle this weekend. He is extremely professional, but also will tell you things straight. (Which I find to be a tremendous trait) After deciding on a vehicle, I was nervous about the financing. The folks in the finance department did a great job! I am very impressed with their ability to get me approved - I believe Jim is the gentleman I am referring to. The process was very easy and smooth. I am very happy with my decision and will definately be back to purchase another vehicle from David B. at VW North Scottsdale. We started with Aaron, who needed to leave for an appointment, and Aaron handed us off to David. David gave us straight answers to our questions, as well as, being very professional. My husband and I were looking for a nice used car. From the moment Dave introduced himself we were impressed. Dave was very pleasant and knowledgable about the inventory they had. We got a great car with low miles. Nathan in financing was great as well, he made the process easy and it didn't take very long. This is the best dealership in the valley!!! We haven't found an auto shop we like yet and they've earned our trust, so we'll be servicing both of our cars with them from now on to!! after trying out 3 other dealerships in the phoenix area, i came back to vw of north scottsdale hoping for the best. what a warm welcome i received! the previous dealership had 2 tries to win my loyalty, but i came back to vw of north scottsdale hoping for the best. what a warm welcome i received! the previous dealership had 2 tries to win my loyalty, but dropped the ball on both of them. i had been using vw of north scottsdale religiously until a bad experience with a service writer made me want to shop around. i found that the other vw dealers in the phoenix area were far less able to satisfy my needs. i don't think i'm a really picky individual, so they really had to go to some lengths to dissatisfy me. unfortunately they were up to the task. so i made an appointment back at vw of north scottsdale to have my trusty golf repaired, and was treated warmly from the start. they arranged for a rental car as the service would take at least 1 day to diagnose and then correct the problem. my service writer rob called me the next day apologizing profusely that it would take him another day to fix the problem, but would detail my car at no charge to make it right by me. that was a nice surprise, and i was curious about how much he was saving me so i decided to check on their website. not only was it a nice chunk of change, i saw a car listed on the site that interested me greatly. so when i went back to pick up my golf i was introduced to a sales guy by rob and i'm hopefully trading in my recently repaired (and beautifully detailed) golf on a much nicer vehicle. the folks there couldn't have been a more helpful bunch. thanks!
