They lie to get you into a car!!! So I feel like a two star is sufficient.. idk maybe not. I bought a 2016 Honda Accord from this facility, they told me everything was perfect, nothing So I feel like a two star is sufficient.. idk maybe not. I bought a 2016 Honda Accord from this facility, they told me everything was perfect, nothing wrong with it, car fax was clean. After less than month, more like two weeks into owning the vehicle, I had a horrible scraping noise in the front driver side tire. They told me to come in, I did, they told me if I cannot duplicate the noise then I’m pretty much out of luck. It took them about 1 1/2 hours to come to this conclusion for some reason. At that point I had to go to work, so I left and decided to bring it back that weekend when I had more time. Brought it back their mechanic put it up in the air, couldn’t find anything but they noticed my break pads weren’t the best and may be the problem. AFTER THEY TOLD ME MY CAR WAS 100% okay nothing wrong with it. They replaced the break pads. (that’s why I’m giving them a 2 star) today I’m cleaning my car and the battery dies, like completely, not turning over AT ALL. I explained hat I can’t have this happen when I’m out and about but still nothing. Mind you I bought my car the first week of May. I called in and spoke with Nate the service manager, he told me that the maintenance is my problem and to pretty much pound sand, not his problem. I asked if there was anything they could do seeing as I haven’t even had my car for two months, he said no and blamed the weather. His attitude was along the lines of I could care less. I’m sorry but my car should not be having this many problems this early on. This place LIES TO YOU TO GET YOU INTO A CAR!!! My next stop is the BBB. Would not recommend buying a car here unless you want that kind of trickery and thievery. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WAY NATE HANDLED THE SITUATION. I will not be returning. More

He was know As a result of the TDI recall we started looking for a replacement Beetle and met Dave Bonanno at VW N Scottsdale. What a stroke of luck! He was knowledgeable, professional , and offered options for us to purchase the #Pink Beetle that was sitting in the showroom, prior to handing in our VW TDI. He walked us through all the purchase steps, and introduced us to everyone we might ever need to work with down the road. David's follow up after the sale has been outstanding. Within the first month, he made several follow up calls to us just to see how we liked our new Beetle - which happens to be our 9th VW Beetle! Dave Bonanno is straightforward, ethical, and a pleasure to work with! More

Shocking incompetent or simply dishonest? I've bought a lot of cars and almost always have good experiences doing so. Such is not the case with a recent purchase from VW of North Scottsdale. W I've bought a lot of cars and almost always have good experiences doing so. Such is not the case with a recent purchase from VW of North Scottsdale. We purchased a car out of lease but this dealership ended up keeping nearly $500 they said would be refunded to us. (This had to do with the timing of lease payments.) The mistake made by the dealer--if it was a mistake--is easy to understand and explain. Even so, the dealer has simply given us a terrible runaround rather than rectify their error. This leads us to believe they are either incredibly incompetent or dishonest. Either way, we have been very badly treated by VW of North Scottsdale and will never do business with them again. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone else either. More
