From the moment we walked in the door and met Greg sit was the most wonderful experience I've ever had buying a new car! Greg was always working with a smile and went above and beyond every experience I' was the most wonderful experience I've ever had buying a new car! Greg was always working with a smile and went above and beyond every experience I've ever had with a car dealer. Greg showed me the options for the 2013 jetta TDI and made sure I was completely comfortable with making my decision. I never felt pressured or like I was being scammed in any way shape or form. During the process of buying the car Greg was always quick to return my calls and answer my questions. He was even able to rush the process through to meet my busy schedule. The dealership was nice and clean and had plenty of snacks available for the customers. I even had my son with me and he bumped his head and started crying and the manager Steve came over and gave my son a VW teddy bear to cheer him up. Greg also introduced me to the service department to schedule my first check up and they wer just as friendly and accommodating. Again this was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I would fully recommend this dealership for anyone interested in buying a VW and even more recommend they use Greg as their dealer to have a wounderful car buying experience. More
I have been bringing my car for service at Danbury VW for mor than 10 years. We own 3 VW's and having them to service my car will make me purchase another VW in the future. He is always accomodating with a loaner car or rental vehicle, even if you show up unannounced.he is polite and fair, even supplying coupons if you've forgotten yours. every repair has always been done correctly the first time. I cannot say enough nice things about him and the service department at Danbury VW. More

Everyone on staff is helpful and concerned about satisfying customers. Peter Rubino is my service coordinator and has been since I started buying cars from Danbury VW. The service contiuity from such an approach stands in stark difference from other outfits where you do not know whom you will see every time you walk in the door. And Peter has been great in terms of both service and advice. I strongly recommend potential car buyers consider Danbury VW before looking at other brands and dealers. More

Pete gives me a thorough description of the work to be done, price quotes, interim progress reports and a closing summary of how things came out with a detailed/itemized bill. The wait is pleasant with a comfortable and clean customer lounge. My car is washed and looking great at the conclusion of the process. I especially appreciate it that Pete rescheduled me for today on very short notice so that I could avoid the snow storm predicted for tomorrow. So, the whole experience is excellent. Thanks, Pete! I know nothing about cars, I have had one car engine died because I forgot to put oil in it!!!
