It was so easy to make an appointment. I loved getting a video of the technician reviewing my car. He explained and showed me how my tires are wearing and how much life I have left in my brakes. While service regarding my defunct transmission was very good for the most part, it fell down when the Rep insisted that I had to return the loaner car before leaving for vacation. This would have left me good for the most part, it fell down when the Rep insisted that I had to return the loaner car before leaving for vacation. This would have left me with no way to get home, and no way to pick up my car once the transmission was replaced. Only after I called the head of the dealership was I assured by the Service Manager that there would be no problem if my car wasn’t ready. Essentially, the Rep just went by the playbook rather addressing my personal situation. However, it all ended well as the new transmission arrived several days before my departure and was immediately installed. More
