I like the service, even though they are more expensive. But I don't like it that you have to deal with a clerk who does not take note of your vehicle and let you know the maintenance that needs to be done But I don't like it that you have to deal with a clerk who does not take note of your vehicle and let you know the maintenance that needs to be done on a timely basis. I want to talk to a mechanic, not a woman behind a desk who knows nothing about cars. So I have Danbury service my car when I can afford it and go elsewhere for the bigger jobs. Jesse was the best. He was the counter clerk and checked my car each time for what was needed. He is no longer there. More

Brought my car in to get the antenna fixed. Was supper to be started on Friday morning. My car was never moved inside to be looked at until Tuesday at 3:30. I expressed my concerns and was told it’s an invol be started on Friday morning. My car was never moved inside to be looked at until Tuesday at 3:30. I expressed my concerns and was told it’s an involved repair that’s why it’s taking so long. I explained that I have the VW Carnet app that allowed me to see when my car was accessed and moved. Later that day I was called and told that when removing the headliner they broke a handle which they fixed under the warranty. It was back ordered along with another part they needed. If they were upfront snd honest with me, it would have been a much more enjoyable encounter. Unfortunately lying to me and telling me they are diagnosing my cars problems while I can see it’s sitting outside on the map via my phone, and it hasn’t moved in 3 days really didn’t make me happy. Unfortunately I will not be bringing my car back to Danbury VW. More

Another outstanding experience at Danbury Volkswagen. Chelsea was able to get me an appointment for the day I needed, and had my car ready when I needed it. This was super helpful, and helps me plan for future maintenance items. As always the service team went above and beyond.
