Great service engineers and love the informative reports and video the engineer sends. Initially told a warning light wouldn’t be addressed as the service was on a Saturday and was annoyed since I wasn’t to and video the engineer sends. The worst experience ever! It started with replacement of sunshade for my daughters VW Tiguan. Original phone call with service person booked it as a waiting appointment. It was a total run around from start sunshade for my daughters VW Tiguan. Original phone call with service person booked it as a waiting appointment. It was a total run around from start to finish- also to get an estimate which they did not want to provide. Given cost of $500.00 for sunshade -drove up there had service guy come out look at shade and went in and ordered-took the time because I wanted to make sure it was done right. I was told then when I asked again with labor looking at $135.00 for 5-6 hours(obviously was not ever a waiting appointment). Receive call after car dropped off night before to be told the actual repair would be about $2,200.00 more-estimate. My daughters did without a car for 1 1/2 weeks-ended up putting $2,700.00 into a 2014 car with 95,000.00 miles. Remember this is the sunshade not a leaky roof, not a necessary repair.If I had been told this was a possibility would never even had bought sunshade first. I would never trust them-total rip off and most unprofessional dealer around. No customer service at all-how would a waiting appointment turn into 1 1/2 weeks without car. I see comments about a video-I received 3 videos on my car showing me the exterior bumper of car and 1 tire that was worn-???? remember car was in for a sunshade-make sense???After a few complaints manager sends me a video of roof in which it was never taken apart just showing me making a noise. So basically my daughters could have had the car for the whole week in which VW was sitting and waiting for a part. I have all the videos and correspondence. Take your business to a trustworthy company who cares about there customers. I called and spoke with customer service-corporate office and never even received a call back or apology. STAY AWAY FROM VOLKSWAGON-TOO EXPENSIVE FOR REPAIRS IT WILL BREAK YOU More
