No communication amount each other and they do not return voice-mails. Worst experience, they have taken all the joy from purchasing a new vehicle and I still do not have a vehicle 2 weeks later. Been to this dealership twice for service on my car, both times were the worst experiences ever. First time, no communication regarding the repair and less dishonesty regarding the timeline. Second time, the times were the worst experiences ever. First time, no communication regarding the repair and less dishonesty regarding the timeline. Second time, they found "nothing wrong" with my car and less than 2 weeks later I was stranded out of town due to the same issue I took it to them with. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could leave less than one star I would. More

As you read this review I would like you to ask yourself, "Would I want to be these people?". As a salesperson one would assume you would always answer yes, because that would mean your customer was happy a "Would I want to be these people?". As a salesperson one would assume you would always answer yes, because that would mean your customer was happy and you as a sales person did the right thing and were not a crook. We purchased a used car from your dealership during the 4th of July weekend. We trusted you that it was a car in good condition and we purchased the extended warranty that was recommended. We did everything we were supposed to. After two weeks of owning the car a disturbing popping noise started to come from the center front of the automobile. I waited a week to see if the noise would persist and it did. So three weeks from driving the car off the lot, I brought it back to have it looked at. I had to bring it to you because the warranty says I have to have it worked on by you, even though when the warranty was purchased we were told we could take the car anywhere to have it worked on. The first response I received at the dealership when I came back for help was, "This sounds like a GMC problem." I then explained the situation and was then told that my warranty does not go into effect until after 30 days from the date of purchase. I had to make an appointment, and the first availability was three more weeks away. My car had 34,795 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. When it was finally looked at by your dealership it had 36,557 miles on it, and that is with an additional three weeks of driving from the original attempt to have it looked at. I was told there was play in the front suspension causing the popping noise. I was also told that it was not covered under the warranty that was purchased and it would cost 1700$ to repair. One can only assume that in such a short period of time the repairs were probably needed before purchase. So now what is your answer to the question from above? Would you want to be someone that purchased a car just to have it need 1700 dollars in repairs one month later? No, you would not. We were told multiple times that our car was a "Certified pre-owned car". I'm sorry to inform you, but the only thing certifiable about your dealership is that it is a certified joke. More
These guys tried the old you need to buy a warranty to get the loan scam. Never fall for this people. No loan companies require a warranty. I reported them to the fair trade commission and atty. general. get the loan scam. Never fall for this people. No loan companies require a warranty. Went there for key programming above the programming cost added was $37 environmental fee. How can a key programming service can create that fee is beyond my understanding. Even when an oil change service do added was $37 environmental fee. How can a key programming service can create that fee is beyond my understanding. Even when an oil change service does not include that much environmental fee. Of course tying to get hold of a manager to complain was fruitless. More
